Banquet Services
General Information
American Legion Post 580 Guarantees the availability of selected facilities for time and date specified. Please notify Post 580 by12 p.m. five business days prior to your event of the total number of guests in your group. You will be billed for that number accordingly. We will guarantee food and service for up to 5% over the confirmed number. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the number attending, whichever is greater. Off site catering is also available.
- Deposits are required for all events (Deposits are non-refundable)
- All items are subjected to Minnesota State Sales Tax and Gratuity.
- Club Policy - Post 580 must provide all food and beverages consumed on the premises. The exception to this a wedding or theme cake
- Health Department Regulations prohibit us from allowing carry out of any leftover food or beverages

A full service bar is available in the Maple Leaf Main Banquet Room and limited bar service in the Downstairs Meeting Room at no extra charge for events. The hosts have the choice of a cash bar or different levels of hosted bars. Other options include: purchasing of kegs, bottles of wine or hosted soda.
DJ’s and bands are allowed and there is an area for dancing. DJ’s or bands may set up anytime after 2 p.m. All band and DJ music must end by 12:30 a.m. and guests must depart by 1:00 a.m.
Linen - white linen tablecloths and napkins are available upon request with skirting for tables.

Room Rental & Set-Up
- Room Rental includes: servers, bartenders, security, easy screen, CD player and use of the TV
- No pins,tape,nails,etc on the walls. Painters tape only.
